Update via MIDI SysEx. Download the BIM firmware (a zipped .syx file) from otomachines.com/support/, unzip, connect BIM MIDI IN to a computer MIDI interface, then send the .syx file using a SysEx-capable tool — SysEx Librarian (Mac) or MIDI-OX (Windows). Refer to the BIM Upgrade Instructions PDF on the same support page for the exact power-on button combo to enter bootloader mode.
