Pair the Woovebox with your computer, phone or tablet as a Bluetooth MIDI device, then open Wooveconnect (connect.woovebox.com in a WebMIDI browser such as Chrome, or the Wooveconnect Android app). Wooveconnect checks for firmware updates automatically and, with your permission, downloads the new firmware and uploads it to the Woovebox. If you cannot update through Wooveconnect (for example with an incompatible browser), download the firmware .SYX file from the Woovebox firmware updates page and send it with any SysEx manager (MIDI-OX on Windows, SysEx Librarian on Mac).
