Connect the Woovebox via USB to a computer and open Wooveconnect (https://connect.woovebox.com) in Chrome. Wooveconnect automatically detects the device and prompts to apply the latest firmware. Alternatively, download the firmware as a .SYX file from https://connect.woovebox.com/woovefirmware.syx and send it using any SysEx manager (MIDI-OX on Windows, SysEx Librarian on Mac).
