Turn off the OP-1 Field. Hold COM while switching power on to enter TE Boot, then connect via USB-C. Press 1 to mount as a mass storage disk, copy the firmware file to the disk, and safely eject. The device updates and reboots automatically. Alternatively, use the MIDI updater at teenage.engineering/downloads/op-1/field in a Chrome/Edge/Opera browser.
