Firmware discontinued

The manufacturer has stopped releasing firmware updates for this device. Last known version: 2.51.

You can still add it to your rig to keep an inventory and track its used market price.

The SE-1's operating system was updated via physical EPROM chip replacement (a socketed IC swap, no soldering required), not a downloadable software flash. Studio Electronics no longer sells the OS 2.51 EPROM directly; it occasionally surfaces on the secondhand market.
