To update, connect Toоro to a computer via USB and start it in bootloader (DFU) mode: switch the unit on while holding the ALT switch (OSC LED lights green, ALT LED lights red). Flash the .hex file with STM32CubeProgrammer (official ST tool) or the .dfu file with the open-source DFU Buddy app. Select the USB device, confirm, and start the transfer. Disconnect or reboot when done — the display briefly shows the new version number on power-up.
