What's new in 1.05

Saving to MIDI presets was corrected so that pressing the BOOST footswitch during saves would properly store to the intended MIDI preset location rather than defaulting to the onboard preset. MIDI OUT functionality was fixed to properly respect all three operational modes instead of remaining in the ON state. MIDI message transmission was corrected to support all MIDI channels rather than being limited to Channel 1.
