What's new in 2.14

Fixed: Line Level Input headroom. Added MIDI Clock synchronization parameter for the Magneto algorithm. MIDI Clock sync parameter mapped to MIDI CC 31 (Reverb 1) and CC 32 (Reverb 2). Introduced TAP option for EXP MODE to control Magneto Decay via external Tap Tempo switch. TAP option mapped to MIDI CC 101.
