NEW: DOMINO mode - BETA A new Trig-Advance sequencer with two interleaved tracks sharing the same pattern: - 64-step rhythm track (rows 2–5) for triggers/gates. - 32-step note track (rows 6–7) that advances independently — each step can hold up to a 4-note chord. - Inline keyboard at the bottom of the grid for fast note/chord entry, with octave and velocity controls. - Chord preview painted directly on the step pads. - Per-step menus (separate pages for note steps and rhythm steps). - Per-track step probability and per-track Init / End points. - Step copy / paste, Clear, mute and the rest of the standard sequencer gestures. New - Disable Pick and Place — new workflow setting (Config → Workflow) to opt out of keyboard pick & place. Disabled = OFF by default. - MOD lane selection for MAPpings — MAP pages can now target specific MOD lanes. - USB Host port count increased — supports more simultaneous USB MIDI controllers in Host mode. - Auto-save on low battery — current project is saved before shutdown when the battery runs out. Fixes - BPM smoothing — incoming external clock BPM is now filtered for a more stable display/playback. - MIDI Merge — fixed regression where only one sequencer received MIDI when input merge was enabled. - MAP channel matching — channel comparison no longer mismatches due to port-encoded bits on channels 1–16. - Lane D → USB 3 leak — notes from Lane D no longer bleed into the USB 3 output. - Program Change — fixed PC messages being sent as Aftertouch. - POLY scroll/range — scroll now reaches all notes; max POLY note clamped correctly. - Step Record — fixed step record counter display and MIDI capture re-enabling when leaving the mode. - STOCH glides — fixed glide behavior in the Stochastic sequencer. From 5.6.0 - NEW: MIDI CAPTURE. Capture any set of notes played even if recording is not enabled. Double tap rec to capture the performance. Hold rec to reset the captured events. - NEW: Chord recognition. Keyboard screen shows the detected chord for the held notes. - NEW: BPM Nudge. Hold MUTE and press REC to reduce the BPM progressively or PLAY to increase it. Useful for precise beatmatching. - NEW: STEP Recording for POLY mode.
