Update via the OXI App (available on the OXI support page). Connect OXI One to computer via USB, open the OXI App, and follow the in-app update prompt. Original MK1 hardware requires a minimum firmware version for OXI App compatibility — update to the latest version if the app cannot connect. No SD card or direct file transfer required.
