How to update the Nord Drum 2

Updating requires a computer with a MIDI interface. Download the Nord Drum 2 OS Update for your system (macOS .dmg or Windows .zip) from the downloads page. Connect the computer's MIDI OUT to the Nord Drum 2 MIDI IN (and MIDI IN to its MIDI OUT). Run the Update Utility, select the MIDI ports and click Update. Do not disconnect the MIDI cables or turn off the Nord Drum 2 until the utility reports success. If the OS is corrupted, hold Shift and Program/Store while powering on to start the unit in Update Ready mode, then run the update again.
