How to update the Meris MercuryX

Request the firmware with the form on the MercuryX product page; it is sent to you by email. To update: hold footswitches 1 and 3 while powering up MercuryX (the screen shows a Copy File graphic), then connect it to your computer with a USB-C cable: it appears as a USB drive. Drag the MercuryX firmware file onto the drive and wait until the load meter is full and the copy has finished, then eject the drive before unplugging the USB cable. When the Power Cycle screen appears, unplug and replug the power to complete the update.
