How to update the Groove Synthesis 3rd Wave 24K

Log in to the Groove Synthesis support page (free account), open the 24K Keyboard tab, download the latest firmware ZIP and unzip it to get the .ldr file. 1. Connect the 3rd Wave 24K to your computer with USB; it appears as an external drive. 2. Copy the .ldr file into the firmware folder on that drive. 3. On the 24K press GLOBAL, use Soft Knob 1 to select "Firmware Update", then Soft Knob 2 to select go. 4. Press Soft Button 1 (refresh); the display shows the name of the OS file you copied. 5. Eject the drive on the computer and disconnect the USB cable. 6. Press Soft Button 4 (ok) and wait until the display says the update is finished. 7. Power the unit off and on again; the new OS version shows in the upper right corner of the display.
