How to update the Expert Sleepers FH-1

Download the firmware zip from the FH-1 firmware page and unzip it. Copy the file image.hex to the root folder of a USB flash drive. Turn off the FH-1, insert the flash drive into its USB socket and turn it on. When the FH-1 finds image.hex, LEDs A-H flash alternately with LEDs 1-8: press and hold the encoder for one second to start the update (spinning the encoder cancels it and boots the current firmware). LED B lights and LEDs 1-8 show progress. Do not remove the drive or turn off the power until the normal boot sequence resumes.
