Added the 'Next hold order' and 'Mixed play/stop' parameters to the Looper algorithm. The Looper algorithm now has support for syncing loops 2-4 to loop 1. Added support for MIDI/I2C velocity scaling to the Envelope (AR/AD) algorithm. Added support for zero-cross detection to the VCA/Multiplier algorithm.
