How to update the Expert Sleepers Disting MK4

Download the firmware zip from the Expert Sleepers firmware updates page and unzip it. Copy the file disting4.bin to the root folder of a microSD card formatted FAT32 (MBR). Turn the disting off, insert the card, then turn it on while holding the S knob and keep it pressed until 'Confirm...' appears. Release the knob to start the update; do not remove the card or the power until 'Success' is shown, then power-cycle the module. Modules that still have the original bootloader must first run the one-time, irreversible bootloader upgrade described on the firmware page.
