Download the H9000 Gen2 Firmware USB Installer from eventideaudio.com/downloads/?product=H9000 — use the Gen2 installer only. Copy the installer files to a FAT32-formatted USB drive. Insert the drive into the H9000 front-panel USB port. On the H9000, navigate to Setup > Firmware and follow the on-screen instructions. The unit reboots automatically when complete. Keep Emote software (available on the same downloads page) updated for full compatibility.
