What's new in 2.52

Fixed problems; Fixed a problem in which the Pitch Bend controller could not control any parameters. Fixed a problem in which the Live Set information in a MONTAGE User file might not be loaded properly, with the result that the link destination Performance of each slot might be set to "Init Normal (AWM2)."

How to update the Yamaha MODX6

Save all user data to a USB flash drive first: the update initializes all User memory (libraries, user data, user samples). Download the MODX OS Updater zip from Yamaha and unzip it. Copy only the .PGM file to a USB flash drive of over 1 GB that was formatted on the MODX, with no other files on it. Power off the MODX, connect the drive to the [USB TO DEVICE] terminal and power on while holding [Cursor UP] and [UTILITY] until the YAMAHA logo appears. The updater starts by itself; when 'Finish. Please turn off.' appears, turn the MODX off and remove the drive. Power on and run Initialize All ([UTILITY] > [Settings] > [System]). Never switch off or remove the drive before the finish message.
