How to update the Roland Scooper

1. Download the AIRA Modular System Program from the Roland updates page and unzip it on your computer (do not rename the extracted file). The same system program covers Bitrazer, Demora, Torcido and Scooper. 2. Hold down [GRF 6] and switch on the power. 3. Connect the module to your computer with a USB cable; the AIRAMODULAR drive appears. 4. Copy AIRA_MODULAR_UPD.BIN (the file, not its folder) to the AIRAMODULAR drive. 5. Eject the AIRAMODULAR drive and disconnect the USB cable. 6. When the center indicator lights light blue and [GRF 6] flashes, press [GRF 6] to start the update. Never turn the power off while the update is running. 7. When the center indicator flashes blue and GRF 5 / GRF 6 flash, the update is complete: turn the power off.

Just for reference. For complete and up-to-date instructions, always refer to the manufacturer's official firmware page.
