How to update the Pioneer DJ RMX-1000

Download the firmware zip from the RMX-1000 Firmware article on AlphaTheta's support site and copy the extracted .upd file to an SD memory card. Turn the RMX-1000 on while pressing [HOLD (MUTE)] and [TAP]: it starts in update mode and shows the current firmware version on the BPM display. Insert the SD card: the update starts and the [OUTPUT] level indicator shows the progress; when all its segments are lit the update is complete. Do not turn the power off during the update. Keep remixbox and the RMX-1000 Plug-in at the versions AlphaTheta requires for this firmware.
