Download the OS update file from the Nord Lead A1 Update History page. Connect the A1R to your computer via USB. On macOS open the .dmg and run the updater; on Windows extract the .zip and run the installer (Nord Keyboards USB Driver 4.x bundled). The A1R shares the same OS as the Nord Lead A1 keyboard — use the Lead A1 update files. Do not power off or disconnect USB during the update.
