Download the latest Mac or Windows software installer from motu.com/en-us/products/10pre/. Run the installer to update both the driver and CueMix Pro app. Once installed, connect the 10pre via Thunderbolt 4 or USB4. Open CueMix Pro — the app will prompt you to update the device firmware if a newer version is available.
