Download the latest firmware SysEx file from the Moog Music downloads page. Connect the synthesizer via USB MIDI or MIDI interface. Use SysEx Librarian (macOS) or MIDI-OX (Windows) to send the file to the MIDI In. Avoid USB hubs. Do not power off during the update.
