What's new in 1.02

Improved preset save/load stability. Added overwrite message when trying to save a preset in a taken slot. Fixed an issue where RecOut did not output RecIn when pedal is engaged. Added a blinking rec light indicator when recording a phrase while the pedal is in live mode. Added a volume envelope for damage effect. Lowered the volume in White layer when Red layer tone encoder is set to positive values. Fixed an issue where changing presets using midi PC messages did not require PC1 to be sent as an accept load. RecOut now outputs wet only signal when no Rec In jack is present.

How to update the Gamechanger Audio Recoder

Use the latest Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Power the Recoder with a 9V DC center-negative supply of at least 500 mA (daisy-chain power is not recommended) and close any applications that use MIDI (DAWs, editors). Connect the Recoder to your computer with a USB-C cable, open the Recoder web updater, allow MIDI SysEx access if the browser asks, and click Connect to put the pedal into firmware update mode. Select the latest firmware and click Update Recoder. Do not close the tab until the update has finished.
