- Changed behavior of Plex block so that Master Pitch only controls pitch and not detune. Master Detune still only controls detune.
Update Axe-Edit III to its latest version first, then open its built-in Fractal-Bot (Tools menu). Quit any other audio or MIDI software; on Windows, install the Axe-Fx III USB driver from the downloads page first (not needed on macOS). Back up your presets with Fractal-Bot (Receive tab) before updating. In Fractal-Bot select the Axe-Fx III: it checks for new firmware and guides you through the installation. When the transfer is complete, wait until the Axe-Fx display asks you to power off, wait 5 seconds and power on again. Manual alternative: download the firmware zip from the Axe-Fx III downloads page, extract the .syx file (do not double-click it) and select it in Fractal-Bot at the 'Choose a File to Send' step. If you see a DynaCabs warning after updating, follow Fractal Audio's knowledgebase article linked on the downloads page.

Improved power amp modeling.

Improved Chorus block. Remastered the Japan CE-2 model. Added EQ controls to some models. Added the following models:
- Japan CE-1 Chorus. Based on a Boss CE-1 in chorus mode.

- Japan CH-1. Based on a Boss CH-1.

Improved Amp block preamp modeling.
Added “Oversampling” parameter to Drive block. When set to HIGH the oversampling rate is doubled which results in less aliasing. NOTE: This will increase CPU usage considerably.
Reduced CPU usage in some blocks.
Fixed an issue where overdriving the input of the Amp block, whether with an external Drive block or using the internal Input Boost (or both), causes excessive aliasing for some amp models.
Fixed wrong Overdrive Volume taper in Fox ODS models. Audition presets and adjust as necessary.
Fixed an issue with the Euro Uber model where certain combinations of Presence and Depth can cause a crash.
