How to update the Befaco Muxlicer

There is no ready-made firmware file: you compile the source code and write it to the module with the Arduino IDE and an ICSP (AVR ISP) programmer such as a USBasp. 1. Install the Arduino IDE from arduino.cc. 2. Download the Source code zip from the GitHub release linked above and unzip it. 3. In the Arduino IDE install the TimerOne library (Library Manager) and the ClickEncoder library (github.com/0xPIT/encoder). 4. Connect the programmer to the ICSP header on the back of the module. Check the pinout before plugging it in. 5. Open muxlicer.ino from the MUXLICER folder and choose Sketch > Upload Using Programmer. A "Done uploading" message means the update worked. The code runs on Muxlicer PCB revision 1.3 and later.
