Unplug the module from your Eurorack power supply before connecting USB. Install the Teensy Loader app from pjrc.com/teensy/loader.html. Connect the module via USB, open the hex file in Teensy Loader, then press the button on the Teensy board inside the module when prompted to start the transfer.
