Firmware (Touch Screen OS) is updated via USB thumb drive. Download the latest installer from apogeedigital.com/download-files/ (file: ApogeeControl2-DualPath-macOS.zip or ApogeeControl2-DualPath-Windows.zip). Extract and drag the SymphonyDesktopUpdate file onto the included USB thumb drive. Insert the thumb drive into the rear USB port of Symphony Desktop, navigate to Settings > page 3 on the touchscreen, and tap 'Update'. Also install Apogee Control 2 on your Mac/PC for full software control.
