Firmware is bundled with the Apogee Control 2 software installer. Download the latest Apogee Control 2 from apogeedigital.com/download-files/. Install Control 2 with the Duet 3 connected via USB — firmware updates automatically as part of the installer. No separate firmware flasher is needed.
