Connect Element via Thunderbolt to a Mac running macOS 10.15.7 or later. Install Apogee Control from apogeedigital.com/download-files/. When launching Apogee Control, if a firmware update is available you will be prompted automatically. You can also manually run the Element Firmware Updater app found in Applications > Utilities after installing Apogee Control.
