What's new in 1.3.0

This is a tiny release making **2 backwards-compatible bootloader changes** to: - Allow user bitstreams to load things from thumbdrives into psram before they start (i.e - without needing to spin up the USB core themselves). An example of this is added in `src/top/wavplay`. - `wavplay` is a toy example - for real thumbdrive audio action, see https://github.com/apfaudio/tiliqua/issues/179 which is available for testing but still being worked on. - Add support for apfbug/rp2040 newer than beta5 (whilst retaining support for older versions). - You may (optionally) update your rp2040 firmware to [beta6 by using the build here](https://github.com/apfaudio/apfbug/releases/tag/apfbug-beta6) # What's Changed: * top/bootloader: add i2c-driven bitstream reconfiguration used by rp2040/apfbug > beta5 (backwards compatible) * top/bootloader: add `UsbLoad` region support by @vk2seb in https://github.com/apfaudio/tiliqua/pull/177

How to update the apfaudio Tiliqua

1. Open Tiliqua Webflash in a Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave). It always shows the latest release, so there is nothing to download first. 2. With Tiliqua powered in your case, connect its dbg USB port to your computer. 3. Follow the Webflash steps to update the bootloader and the 8 user slots. Slots are independent; keeping all of them up to date is recommended. Advanced users can instead flash the bitstream archives from the GitHub releases with the pdm flash command line tool (requires the Tiliqua development environment).
