Connect the SSL 2 MKII to your computer via USB-C cable. Download SSL Audio Firmware Updater from the SSL support page. On Mac: launch SslAudioFirmwareUpdater and click "Update Device". On Windows: install the SSL USB ASIO/WDM driver first, then run SslUsbAudioDfu.exe and click "Start". Wait for the update to complete before disconnecting.
