Firmware is updated via the SSL 360° companion software (free download from solidstatelogic.com). Install the latest SSL 360°, then navigate to the HOME page — if a firmware update is available for the SSL 12 unit, an 'UPDATE FIRMWARE' button will appear. Click it and do not disconnect power or USB during the process. SSL 360° is required; there is no standalone firmware updater.
