Change the specification The specifications have been changed so that notes passed "thru" via MIDI OUT in Chain mode are passed "thru" on the MIDI channel specified in System Settings.

How to update the Roland Boutique JP-08

Download and unzip the JP-08 system program from the Roland support page. Connect the JP-08 to your computer with a USB cable, hold Pad [MANUAL] and switch on the power. Open the JP-08 drive and copy BQ_UPD.BIN into it (the file, not the folder), then eject the drive. Press Pad [MANUAL] to start the update. When "OK" appears on the display, switch the power off.

Bug Fix The following bug was fixed. When successive Program Change messages having different MIDI channels are received, the patch does not change.
