How do I update the Faderfox UC4?
Install a SysEx tool (SysEx Librarian on Mac, Bome SendSX on Windows) and download the UC4 .syx firmware file from the Updates section of the UC4 page. Hold the black SHIFT key while plugging in the USB cable and release it when the display lights up; the display shows the current version and, after 3 seconds, 'Ud00'… Full instructions on Faderfox's official firmware page.
