Download the .SYX firmware file from the Faderfox website. Send it to the MX12 via MIDI SysEx using a utility such as MIDI-OX (Windows) or SysEx Librarian (Mac). Put the device in firmware update mode before transfer. See the update instructions PDF on the Faderfox website.
