Install the EVO app from Audient's resource centre (arc.audient.com) or the EVO downloads page. Connect the EVO 16 via USB. Open the EVO app menu and select Check for Updates — if firmware is available, the app will prompt you to install it. Alternatively, use the Audient DFU application if the standard update fails: run the DFU app with the interface connected, select your device, click Start Upgrade. The unit restarts multiple times during update.
