No updatable firmware on the Empirical Labs EL7 Fatso Jr

It is analog or fixed-function hardware, so there is nothing to update.

You can still add it to your rig to keep an inventory and track its used market price.

Discontinued in 2013, replaced by the EL7X. Digitally-controlled analog signal path with no user-updatable firmware. Hardware upgrade to EL7X spec available from Empirical Labs.
