Download the firmware .bin file from metamodule.info/downloads. Power off the module. Copy the .bin to the root of a microSD card or USB drive. Insert the media into the Meta Module. Power on while holding the firmware update button, or navigate to System > Firmware Update from the module menu. Wait for the update to complete before powering off.
