How to update the Universal Audio Apollo Solo

Apollo firmware ships inside the UAD software; there is no separate firmware download. Install UA Connect from Universal Audio's UAD & Apollo downloads page, sign in, and install the latest UAD software from the Apollo & UAD-2 tab. Turn off monitors and headphones, connect the Apollo to your computer and power it on, then open UAD Meter & Control Panel: when the installed software carries newer firmware it prompts you to update. Accept the update and follow the on-screen steps until it reports that the update is complete.
