How to update the Tascam DR-60DMKII

Download the latest firmware from the TASCAM support page and unzip it. Power the unit with fresh batteries, the PS-P515U AC adapter or USB bus power. Turn the DR-60DMKII on, connect it to a computer with USB and copy the firmware file to the UTILITY folder. Disconnect from the computer and turn the unit off. Hold the MONITOR SELECT and MENU buttons while turning the power on to start update mode, select the firmware with the DATA dial, press the dial and press it again to start. When Update Complete appears the unit turns off; turn it on and check MENU > OTHERS > INFORMATION > SYSTEM. Delete the firmware file from the UTILITY folder afterwards.
