How to update the Rossum Electro-Music Morpheus

Download the Morpheus firmware .wav file (zip) from the Downloads section of the Rossum Morpheus page; on a Mac do not play it in Safari, download it and play the local copy with QuickTime Player. Patch the output of your computer, phone or line-level audio interface into the Full Level Frequency CV input; leave the attenuverted Freq CV input empty and set the Frequency knob to center. Close any app that makes sounds (on a phone use Airplane Mode). Long-press Edit Filter to open the Utilities menu, select Load Software (or Load Cubes for the filter cubes file), press the encoder twice as instructed and start playback. A green progress message shows during the transfer (an orange bar for cubes); when it completes, press the encoder to reboot into the new firmware.
