How to update the Roland D-05

Download and unzip the D-05 system program from the Roland support page. Connect the D-05 to your computer with a USB cable, hold [PATCH NUMBER 8] and switch on the power. Open the D-05 drive and copy BQ3_UPD.BIN into it (the file, not the folder), then eject the drive. Press [PATCH NUMBER 8] to start the update. When "Completed" appears, switch the power off.
