What's new in 1.2

- The Play and Stop buttons will now send the corresponding Start/Stop real-time messages out via USB and MIDI when working outside of a DAW, which is useful when working with external gear such as sequencers and grooveboxes - Controls will light in response to incoming MIDI messages, with feedback available for Pads (Mini, 25 and 37) and Fader buttons (49, 61 and 88) - You can now select which Fader, Pad and Port modes will be used when the Launchkey powers on so that you can instantly jump back into the action (not available on Launchkey Mini)

How to update the Novation Launchkey 61 MK3

Update via Novation Components (web-based or standalone). Use a Web MIDI-compatible browser (Chrome, Opera, or Edge) to access components.novationmusic.com, or download the standalone Components app after registering the device. To enter firmware update mode, hold 'Octave +' and 'Octave -' simultaneously while connecting the USB cable. Components will detect the device in bootloader mode and prompt to apply the update.
