How to update the Korg microKORG 2

1. Download the microKORG2 System Updater from Korg and unzip it. 2. Connect the microKORG2 to your computer with a USB cable. 3. Hold the FUNCTION 3 button (middle button below the display) and turn the power on. 4. When the display shows "WAITING FOR UPDATE FILE...", a USB drive named "UPDATE" appears on the computer. 5. Copy the .bin file from the unzipped folder to the "UPDATE" drive and wait for the copy to finish. 6. Eject the "UPDATE" drive, then press the FUNCTION 4 button on the microKORG2. 7. Wait for the update to finish; do not turn off the power until prompted. 8. When the display shows "COMPLETE: PLEASE REBOOT", turn the power off and on. To check the installed version, hold FUNCTION 5 (rightmost button below the display) while turning the power on: "SYSTEM" shows the version.
