Download the Shapeshifter firmware file (.jic.zip) from the product page. Flash using Intel Quartus Programmer (free download from Intel) via a USB Blaster or compatible JTAG programmer connected to the FPGA programming header on the module. Detailed step-by-step instructions at intellijel.com/support/fpga/.
