Download the latest firmware (.syx) file and the Erae Lab app from embodme.com/downloads. Launch Erae Lab and connect the Erae 2 via USB. Open Erae Settings in Erae Lab, select the firmware file, and click Start Update. Close your DAW if prompted. The Erae 2 display will show Receiving file → Installing → Update done Rebooting. The device reboots automatically when complete. If the update fails, hold the [SETTING] button while powering on to enter forced update mode, then retry. Requires a 15W+ USB-C power supply.
