Connect the Electra One mkII via USB. Open the Preset Library at app.electra.one — the controller is detected automatically and you are prompted to install available firmware updates. To manually enter bootloader mode, hold the MENU button while reconnecting the USB cable, then flash the .srec firmware file from the official downloads page.
