Firmware is updated using the X-Touch Editor application (Windows only). Download the Editor app from the product downloads page, decompress the zip file, and follow the included ReadMe instructions. Do NOT use SysEx — the Mini uses the Editor app, not the SysEx method used by the full X-Touch. Firmware version is displayed briefly on startup.
