What's new in 1.7.0

New features: Pigments 7 support; MiniFreak V4 support; Delete unused samples (remove factory and user samples not associated with any preset to reclaim storage); Delete user content (remove all user banks, presets, and samples while preserving factory content). Bug fixes: Fixed missing first note issue on some presets from CMI, Pure LoFi and Synclavier.
