Download the firmware WAV file from the 4ms firmware page. Connect an audio source output to the module's left audio input. While holding the designated button(s) during power-up, enter bootloader mode, then play the WAV file at full volume. The LEDs indicate flashing progress. See the 4ms firmware page for unit-specific instructions.
