Version 1.7.3 (March 11, 2026) - Added RødeCaster Sync, allowing audio mixer and SMART pad control of RødeCaster Video CORE devices - Separated the RødeCaster PRO II / DUO Wireless audio channels into their own type, allowing concurrent usage with XLR channels - Updated USB multitrack output to accommodate CALLME and WIRELESS channels; compatible ASIO and Virtual Device driver now available - Updated the RødeCaster DUO to include two extra virtual faders, allowing a 9 stereo channel audio mixer - Addressed a number of other miscellaneous bugs and stability issues

How to update the Rode RodeCaster Pro II

Update directly on the unit via Wi-Fi or Ethernet: go to Settings > System > Information and tap 'Check for Update'. Alternatively, connect the unit to a computer via USB and open the RødeCaster App (RØDE Central) — the app will prompt when a firmware update is available.
